That experience inspired Bill to help people better regulate their homes and led to the creation of the Hayward Healthy Home principles and the Hayward Score. Based on Bill’s acquired building science and healthy living knowledge, the Haywards have designed and constructed a new dream home over the past five years — Villa Bilancia.
