Update Your Customer Contact Information

We are in the process of implementing a new software system here at Hayward Lumber!

This change will dramatically improve the ways in which we are able to serve our customers

What does this mean for our customers?

  • Digital signature capture and archiving of every invoice
  • E-mail of invoices with signatures and statements, on your preferred schedule (at time of purchase, end of day, weekly, monthly)
  • Customer Portal for viewing and paying invoices, if desired
  • Improved end-of-month billing cycle
  • Capability to store credit cards securely attached to your account and/or project for payment at the time of purchase
